Registered Business

System Birch Way Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name operating from our Songpa-gu office in Seoul, Republic of Korea. We were established in 2019 to address a gap we observed among early Korean cryptocurrency adopters: substantial cold storage holdings with no structured plan for heirs.

Our Origin

Founder Min-jun Park spent six years in private banking before encountering a client’s estate where two hardware wallets — holding significant Bitcoin accumulated since 2013 — sat in a desk drawer with no documentation. The heirs spent eleven months and considerable legal fees attempting to understand what they had inherited. That experience prompted Park to assemble a small team of documentarians, former estate paralegals, and cold storage practitioners to build a repeatable record-preparation methodology.

We opened our first consultation room on Test-daero in Songpa-gu in March 2019. By 2022, annual reviews had become a core part of our practice as clients added wallets, changed backup methods, or designated new heirs.

Our People

Working Approach

We treat cold wallet documentation as a craft discipline, not a software problem. Every record is prepared by hand, reviewed in person, and delivered in physical form. We maintain no cloud database of client wallet information. Session notes are destroyed after record delivery unless you request otherwise in writing.

Our office follows a clean-desk protocol: no networked computers in documentation rooms, no personal phones during sessions, and tamper-evident envelopes for all printed deliverables.
