System Birch Way provides cold wallet record preparation, seed phrase documentation review, heir handoff briefings, and related documentation services. These are professional documentation services — not financial, investment, legal, or tax advisory services.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, layout, and branding, is owned by System Birch Way Co., Ltd. Prepared inheritance records delivered to clients remain the client’s property. We retain no copies unless requested in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information during intake sessions. Clients must not transmit seed phrases, private keys, or passphrases via email, contact forms, or unsecured channels. Clients are responsible for the safe storage of delivered records.
5. Limitation of Liability
System Birch Way prepares documentation based on information you provide. We do not guarantee asset recovery, wallet access, or inheritance outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service engaged. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate client information, third-party actions, or changes to wallet firmware after record delivery.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. Session notes are destroyed after record delivery unless you request retention in writing. We do not sell client data.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
